This upgrade replaces traditional access control methods with intelligent, contactless authentication, greatly improving both security and worker management.
The 8" panel is powered by an RK3568 quad-core CPU running Android 11, delivering stable and responsive performance. It features:
8-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800×1280 and 500cd brightness, ensuring clear visibility in various lighting conditions.
Dual 2MP wide dynamic cameras supporting liveness detection within 0.4 to 2 meters — ideal for accurate, real-time facial recognition.
Tricolor LED lighting for intuitive feedback (green, red, white), and built-in 3W speaker for voice prompts.
Comprehensive I/O support, including Wiegand, RS232/485, USB, and relay outputs — providing seamless integration with gates, turnstiles, and access systems.
In the field photos provided, the panel is mounted inside a construction elevator cabin using a custom wall bracket, allowing operators to easily view and interact with the device. The wall mount supports angle adjustment, ensuring usability for both taller and shorter workers — a key ergonomic feature in dynamic on-site environments.
With IP-based connectivity and rugged aluminum CNC housing, the device handles harsh conditions ranging from -20°C to 70°C and 5–90% RH humidity.
